What we collect

When you order we receive your name, email address and shipping address through our Billing Partner's secure checkout so we can deliver your shirt.  We do not collect payment card numbers — our Billing Partner does.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send receipts and tracking, and handle support requests.  We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Our Billing, Printing and Hosting Partners: our Billing Partner (payment processing), our Printing Partner (printing and shipping, which needs your name and address) and our Hosting Partner (running this website).

How we share it

We send your information to those partners electronically over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and only what each one needs.  Our Billing Partner collects your payment details on its own secure page.  Our Printing Partner receives your name, shipping address and the details of your order so it can print and ship your shirt.  We do not sell or rent your information.

How we protect it

This website is served over HTTPS.  We do not collect or store payment card numbers.  This website does not keep its own database of orders: order records are held by our Billing and Printing Partners, and support emails you send us are kept in our email system.  Access to order and support information is limited to La BRAWN operators and the partners named above.

How long we keep it

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by emailing [email protected].

This site sets no advertising cookies.  Our Billing Partner's checkout may use cookies for fraud prevention.
