Who we are

La BRAWN is an independent apparel brand operated by The Anti-Cloud Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation. La BRAWN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any athlete, team or league.

Definitions

In these terms, "Product" means the La BRAWN long sleeve tee, in any size, and any other item you order from this site.

Orders & payment

Prices are in US dollars and include all applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our Billing Partner; we never see or store your card number. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds. Shipping is added at checkout.

Fulfillment

Each Product is produced and shipped on demand by our Printing Partner. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Intellectual property

The La BRAWN name and artwork belong to The Anti-Cloud Corporation. Please do not copy or reproduce them without permission.

Product use, allergies and sensitivities

Your La BRAWN shirt is made from cotton fabric that has been dyed, finished and printed with inks and other textile treatments. Some people have allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions that fabrics, dyes, inks, finishing agents or laundry products can aggravate. We cannot know your medical history and make no statement that the shirt is suitable for any particular person. Wash the shirt before you first wear it, stop wearing it at once if you notice irritation or any reaction, and speak to a health professional if you have concerns. You wear and use the Product at your own risk.

Assumption of risk and release

By buying or wearing the shirt you accept all risks connected with its use, including allergic reactions, skin irritation, rashes, discomfort, shrinkage, fading, color transfer, staining, and damage to the shirt or to other items. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Anti-Cloud Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and partners (together, "we") are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, allergic or adverse reaction, loss or damage of any kind arising from or related to the wearing, use, washing or care of the shirt, and you release us from all such claims.

Care and intended use

Follow the care instructions on the shirt and on our site. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing, drying, ironing or storing the shirt in any other way. The shirt is ordinary apparel. It is not protective, medical, flame-resistant or safety clothing and must not be used as such.

No warranties

Except where the law does not allow us to exclude them, the Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or hypoallergenic quality. Color, size and print appearance may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from the Product, this website or your order, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

Your responsibility

By purchasing the Product you agree to hold us harmless from claims by anyone arising from your use or misuse of the Product or your breach of these terms.
